- Develop and implement financial strategies and plans for the regional SBU in alignment with the overall company goals and objectives.
- Conduct regular financial analysis and reporting to monitor the financial performance of the regional SBU and provide insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards, as well as internal policies and procedures.
- Lead and manage the budgeting and forecasting process for the regional SBU, working closely with key stakeholders to develop accurate and achievable financial targets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement cost-saving initiatives and drive continuous improvement in financial processes.
- Provide guidance and support to the regional SBU management team on financial matters, including business planning, investment decisions, and risk management.

- Represent the regional SBU in financial discussions and negotiations with external parties, including investors, lenders, and regulatory bodies.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of global financial initiatives and projects within the regional SBU.
- Support the overall growth and success of the regional SBU through active participation in strategic planning, decision-making, and driving results.
Bachelor's Degree In Accounting, Finance, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 7 Years Of Experience In Financial Management, Preferably In A Multinational Company Or Within The Chemical Industry.
Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Interpret And Communicate Complex Financial Data.
Knowledge Of Regional Accounting Practices And Regulations, As Well As Experience With International Accounting Standards.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work Collaboratively With Cross-Functional Teams And Interact With Senior Management.
