  1. Develop and implement procurement strategies to optimize regional sourcing activities and drive cost savings for the organization.
  2. Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential suppliers and negotiate contracts that meet the company's needs.
  3. Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of quality goods and services.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and develop sourcing plans that align with company goals.
  5. Monitor supplier performance and take corrective actions when necessary to ensure compliance with contractual agreements and quality standards.
  6. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve procurement processes and identify new cost-saving opportunities.
  7. Prepare and present reports and recommendations to senior management on procurement activities, cost savings, and supplier performance.
  8. Adhere to all legal and ethical standards in procurement activities, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  9. Manage and lead the procurement team in the region, providing guidance and support to achieve department goals and objectives.
  10. Participate in supplier audits and evaluations to ensure quality and sustainability standards are met.
  11. Identify and mitigate potential risks in the supply chain to ensure uninterrupted business operations.
  12. Continuously evaluate and improve procurement processes to increase efficiency and streamline operations.
  13. Communicate and collaborate with colleagues across different regions to share best practices and ensure alignment of procurement strategies.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Or Related Field

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Procurement Or Supply Chain Management, Preferably In A Multinational Company

  • Strong Negotiation Skills And Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Suppliers

  • Knowledge Of Market Trends And Industry Best Practices In Procurement For The Assigned Category

  • Excellent Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Make Data-Driven Decisions And Drive Cost Savings Initiatives
