  1. Develop and implement quality control processes and procedures for the Polyol division in accordance with industry standards and regulations.
  2. Monitor and analyze product quality data to identify areas for improvement and develop action plans to address any issues.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that quality standards are met throughout the entire production process.
  4. Conduct regular audits of manufacturing facilities and suppliers to ensure compliance with quality standards.
  5. Train and educate employees on quality control processes and procedures to maintain a culture of quality excellence.
  6. Investigate customer complaints and work with the sales team to provide timely and effective resolutions.
  7. Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in quality management to continually improve processes and procedures.
  8. Maintain and update quality certifications and accreditations for the Polyol division.
  9. Collaborate with R&D teams to ensure new products meet quality standards before entering the market.
  10. Lead a team of quality control technicians and analysts, providing guidance, feedback, and performance evaluations.
  11. Identify and implement cost-saving measures to improve efficiency without compromising on quality.
  12. Communicate with customers and suppliers regarding quality concerns and work towards mutually beneficial solutions.
  13. Collaborate with senior management to establish quality goals and objectives for the Polyol division.
  14. Conduct regular quality reviews and present quality metrics and reports to senior management.
  15. Ensure all quality control procedures are followed and documented for compliance and traceability purposes.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In A Quality Management Role, Preferably In The Polyol Industry.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Iso 9001 And Other Quality Management Systems.

  • Experience In Conducting Internal And External Audits And Implementing Corrective Actions.

  • Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills To Effectively Manage And Train Quality Control Personnel.
