- Develop and implement comprehensive professional development programs for employees at all levels within the organization.
- Conduct needs assessments and identify areas of improvement for employee development.
- Collaborate with various departments and teams to ensure alignment of development programs with company goals and objectives.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of current development programs and make recommendations for improvements.
- Research and stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in professional development.
- Design and deliver engaging and interactive training sessions and workshops for employees.
- Create and maintain relationships with external training providers and vendors.
- Manage the budget and resources for professional development programs.
- Track and report on the progress and success of employees participating in development programs.
- Mentor and coach employees to support their professional growth and development.
- Collaborate with HR to integrate professional development into performance management processes.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies in regards to professional development.
- Act as a liaison between employees and management to identify and address development needs.
- Continuously seek feedback and make adjustments to programs to meet the changing needs of the organization.
- Promote a culture of continuous learning and development within the organization.
Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Business Administration, Human Resources, Education, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Program Management Or Training And Development.
Strong Project Management Skills, With The Ability To Manage Multiple Projects Simultaneously And Meet Deadlines.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work Effectively With A Diverse Group Of Stakeholders.
Knowledge And Understanding Of Learning And Development Principles And Best Practices, As Well As The Ability To Design And Implement Effective Training Programs.
