  1. Develop and implement product stewardship strategies and programs in alignment with company goals and industry regulations.
  2. Conduct thorough research and stay up-to-date on product regulations and compliance requirements to ensure company products meet all necessary standards.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, marketing, and legal, to ensure product compliance and safety.
  4. Manage and maintain product databases and documentation, including safety data sheets and product labels.
  5. Conduct risk assessments and provide recommendations for product improvements or modifications.
  6. Communicate with external stakeholders, such as regulatory agencies and customers, on product stewardship matters.
  7. Train and educate internal teams on product stewardship guidelines, regulations, and best practices.
  8. Monitor and track product-related incidents and provide timely and accurate reporting to management.
  9. Lead and mentor a team of product stewardship professionals.
  10. Continuously evaluate and improve product stewardship processes and procedures.
  11. Participate in industry associations and keep abreast of new developments and best practices in product stewardship.
  12. Represent the company in audits and inspections related to product stewardship.
  13. Act as a point of contact for product stewardship inquiries and provide timely and accurate responses.
  14. Proactively identify potential product stewardship risks and develop risk mitigation strategies.
  15. Collaborate with sustainability teams to ensure product sustainability and promote circular economy principles.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Environmental Science, Chemistry, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Product Stewardship, Regulatory Compliance, Or Environmental Management In The Chemical Industry.

  • Extensive Knowledge And Understanding Of Global Chemical Regulations, Including Reach, Tsca, And Ghs.

  • Strong Project Management Skills With The Ability To Lead Cross-Functional Teams And Manage Multiple Projects Simultaneously.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Internal And External Stakeholders At All Levels Of The Organization.
