- Lead the development and optimization of polymer products in the pilot plant.
- Utilize strong technical knowledge and expertise to troubleshoot and solve complex problems related to polymer production.
- Collaborate with a team of experts from various backgrounds to achieve project goals and objectives.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company protocols while operating in the pilot plant.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and technicians.
- Continuously seek out and implement new technologies and processes to improve polymer production efficiency and quality.
- Monitor and analyze pilot plant data to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven recommendations.
- Communicate project updates, progress, and challenges to management and stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for pilot plant operations.
- Participate in cross-functional teams to support the scale-up and commercialization of new polymer products.
- Maintain and calibrate pilot plant equipment to ensure accurate and reliable results.
- Stay current with industry trends and advancements in polymer production technology.

Extensive Experience In Polymer Processing: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Polymer Processing, With A Focus On Design, Optimization, And Troubleshooting Of Pilot Plant Operations.
Strong Technical Knowledge: The Candidate Should Possess A Deep Understanding Of Polymer Chemistry, Material Science, And Process Engineering Principles. This Includes Knowledge Of Various Polymerization Techniques, Equipment And Instrumentation Used In Pilot Plant Operations.
Project Management Skills: The Sr. Engineer Should Have A Proven Track Record Of Successfully Leading And Managing Projects In A Pilot Plant Environment. This Includes Budget Management, Resource Allocation, And Meeting Project Timelines.
Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills: The Candidate Should Have Excellent Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills To Identify And Resolve Technical Issues In The Pilot Plant. This Includes The Ability To Analyze Data, Troubleshoot Equipment, And Develop Process Improvements.
