  1. Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations related to chemical manufacturing and operations.
  2. Develop and implement procedures and protocols to ensure safe and efficient operation of facilities.
  3. Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify potential safety and compliance issues.
  4. Collaborate with other departments and teams to address any identified issues and implement corrective actions.
  5. Monitor and analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for process optimization.
  6. Stay up-to-date on industry standards and best practices related to operations and compliance.
  7. Train and educate staff on safety and compliance protocols and procedures.
  8. Participate in incident investigations and ensure proper reporting and documentation.
  9. Maintain accurate records and documentation related to operations and compliance.
  10. Proactively identify and mitigate potential risks and hazards in the workplace.
  11. Communicate and collaborate with regulatory agencies as needed.
  12. Identify and implement cost-saving measures while maintaining compliance and safety standards.
  13. Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure compliance with company standards.
  14. Support continuous improvement efforts to enhance operational efficiency and compliance.
  15. Act as a resource for colleagues and provide guidance on operational and compliance matters.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Engineering Or A Related Field, Such As Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Or Industrial Engineering.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In A Compliance Or Operations Role In A Manufacturing Or Industrial Setting.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Regulatory Compliance Requirements, Such As Osha, Epa, And Fda Regulations.

  • Experience With Process Improvement Methodologies, Such As Six Sigma Or Lean, To Improve Operational Efficiency And Compliance.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work Collaboratively With Cross-Functional Teams And Communicate Technical Information To Non-Technical Stakeholders.
