  1. Develop and implement strategies to improve the reliability and efficiency of mechanical equipment.
  2. Use strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities to identify and resolve issues with mechanical equipment.
  3. Conduct failure analysis and root cause analysis to determine the underlying causes of equipment failures.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement maintenance and repair plans for mechanical equipment.
  5. Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and productivity standards in all mechanical engineering activities.
  6. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in mechanical engineering to continuously improve processes and procedures.
  7. Monitor and analyze equipment performance data to identify potential issues and proactively address them.
  8. Develop and maintain documentation and records related to mechanical equipment maintenance and repairs.
  9. Provide technical support and guidance to other team members and departments as needed.
  10. Participate in the design and development of new mechanical equipment, ensuring reliability and maintenance considerations are taken into account.
  11. Conduct regular inspections and audits of mechanical equipment to identify any potential maintenance or reliability concerns.
  12. Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to ensure the timely delivery of quality parts and equipment.
  13. Maintain strong communication and collaboration with all stakeholders, including management, operations, and maintenance teams.
  14. Adhere to all safety and regulatory standards and guidelines in all mechanical engineering activities.
  15. Continuously seek opportunities for process improvement and cost reduction in mechanical engineering activities.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Mechanical Engineering Or Related Field

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Mechanical Reliability Engineering In A Manufacturing Or Industrial Setting

  • Strong Knowledge Of Maintenance Strategies And Practices, Including Predictive And Preventative Maintenance Techniques

  • Experience With Reliability Analysis Tools And Software, Such As Root Cause Analysis And Failure Mode And Effects Analysis (Fmea)

  • Excellent Communication And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Work Collaboratively With Cross-Functional Teams And Communicate Effectively With Stakeholders At All Levels.
