Bachelor's Degree In Mechanical Engineering Or Related Field
Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Mechanical Reliability Engineering In A Manufacturing Or Industrial Setting
Strong Knowledge Of Maintenance Strategies And Practices, Including Predictive And Preventative Maintenance Techniques
Experience With Reliability Analysis Tools And Software, Such As Root Cause Analysis And Failure Mode And Effects Analysis (Fmea)
Excellent Communication And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Work Collaboratively With Cross-Functional Teams And Communicate Effectively With Stakeholders At All Levels.
