- Perform regular inspections and maintenance of process control systems to ensure reliability and safety.
- Identify and troubleshoot complex issues with instrumentation and control systems.
- Develop and implement new strategies and procedures to improve the reliability and functionality of process control systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address potential risks and hazards related to instrumentation and control systems.
- Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to prevent future failures.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in instrumentation and control systems to continuously improve processes.
- Monitor and analyze data from process control systems to identify opportunities for optimization and efficiency.
- Train and mentor junior engineers to ensure a high level of technical expertise within the team.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide updates on system reliability and any potential issues.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies while performing job duties.
Bachelor's Degree In Mechanical, Electrical Or Chemical Engineering
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In A Similar Role, Preferably In The Chemical Or Petrochemical Industry
Knowledge Of Process Safety Management Principles And Experience With Sis Design And Implementation
Familiarity With Relevant Codes And Standards, Such As Iec 61511 And Ansi/Isa 84.00.01
Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Identify And Mitigate Potential Risks In Sis Systems.
