  3. Conduct research and gather insights on industry and competitor HR marketing trends to inform strategy development.
  4. Collaborate with HR and marketing teams to plan and execute recruitment events and campaigns.
  5. Support the coordination and implementation of internal and external marketing initiatives, such as employee referral programs and employer branding initiatives.
  6. Act as a brand ambassador for BASF by effectively communicating its values and culture to potential candidates.
  7. Utilize analytical skills to track and report on the success of HR marketing efforts.
  8. Assist in the development and maintenance of relationships with external partners, such as universities and professional organizations.
  9. Provide support for various HR projects and initiatives as needed.
