  1. Develop and implement global mobility policies and processes in line with company objectives and industry best practices.
  2. Partner with various departments and stakeholders to understand employee relocation needs and facilitate smooth transitions.
  3. Manage all aspects of international assignments, including immigration, tax, housing, and transportation.
  4. Coordinate and negotiate relocation packages for employees, ensuring compliance with company policies and budget constraints.
  5. Serve as a point of contact for employees and managers regarding global mobility inquiries and concerns.
  6. Conduct research and stay updated on international labor laws, immigration regulations, and cultural differences to ensure compliance and provide guidance to employees.
  7. Collaborate with HR colleagues to design and deliver training and development programs for employees on international assignments.
  8. Analyze data and prepare reports on global mobility trends, costs, and ROI.
  9. Maintain accurate records and documentation related to global mobility for reporting and audit purposes.
  10. Build and maintain relationships with external vendors and service providers to ensure high-quality and cost-effective support for employee relocations.
  11. Identify areas for process improvement and make recommendations to enhance the global mobility program.
  12. Represent the company in a professional and knowledgeable manner in all interactions with employees, vendors, and other stakeholders.
  13. Adhere to all legal and ethical standards, ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
  14. Continuously evaluate and improve the employee experience during the relocation process.
  15. Collaborate with the HR team to develop and maintain a diverse and inclusive workplace culture.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Hr, Preferably With A Focus On Global Mobility.

  • Knowledge And Experience With Immigration Processes, Tax Laws, And Labor Regulations In Various Countries.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Effectively Collaborate With Employees, Managers, And External Vendors.

  • Strong Project Management Skills And The Ability To Handle Multiple Assignments Simultaneously.
