  1. Conduct audits and inspections to assess compliance with Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) guidelines.
  2. Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and company policies.
  3. Identify and report any non-compliant areas and provide recommendations for corrective actions.
  4. Maintain and update GLP procedures and documentation.
  5. Collaborate with various teams to implement and improve quality assurance processes.
  6. Train and educate laboratory staff on GLP guidelines and regulatory requirements.
  7. Monitor and track corrective and preventive actions to ensure timely resolution.
  8. Stay up-to-date with changes in GLP regulations and industry best practices.
  9. Prepare and present audit reports to management and regulatory agencies.
  10. Participate in external audits and inspections as necessary.
  11. Conduct internal reviews and self-assessments to identify areas for improvement.
  12. Ensure data integrity and accuracy in laboratory operations.
  13. Communicate effectively with all levels of the organization and provide guidance on GLP compliance.
  14. Support the development and maintenance of quality systems and processes.
  15. Uphold a culture of continuous improvement and promote a proactive mindset towards quality.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Chemistry, Biology, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Quality Assurance Within A Glp-Regulated Environment.

  • Strong Understanding Of Glp Regulations And Guidelines, Including Fda, Epa, And Oecd.

  • Experience With Conducting Audits And Inspections Of Glp Studies And Facilities.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Communicate Findings And Recommendations To Management And Study Personnel.
