You will lead the R&D continuous improvement transformation initiative in Breeding globally. You will work collaboratively with the colleagues in Breeding to facilitate continuous improvement in Breeding activities (labs, greenhouses and field sites), Breeding processes (e.g. requesting molecular analysis) and Breeding programs across crops and regions. You will drive global operational alignment within Breeding and with other R&D and support functions to drive efficient and effective processes, procedures and use of resources to deliver high-quality results and decision making. You will support innovation initiatives.
