1. Oversee the operation of the Fluid Catalytic Cracking unit, ensuring safety, efficiency, and product quality.
2. Monitor and analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
3. Develop and implement standard operating procedures and best practices to ensure consistent and high-quality output.
4. Train and supervise a team of operators and technicians to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
5. Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and protocols, and take necessary corrective actions in case of any safety incidents.
6. Collaborate with other departments and teams to optimize production processes and resolve any issues that may arise.
