  1. Participate in a comprehensive training program to develop skills and knowledge in advanced plant operations and engineering.
  2. Shadow experienced professionals to gain hands-on experience and learn best practices in the chemical industry.
  3. Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot and resolve plant operation issues.
  4. Assist in the development and implementation of innovative and sustainable solutions for plant operations.
  5. Learn and comply with all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe work environment.
  6. Attend and actively participate in training sessions, workshops, and seminars to continuously improve skills and knowledge.
  7. Conduct research and analysis to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations to enhance plant efficiency and sustainability.
  8. Communicate effectively with team members, supervisors, and other departments to ensure smooth plant operations.
  9. Maintain accurate records and documentation of plant operations and initiatives.
  10. Adhere to company policies and regulations at all times.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Chemical Engineering Or Related Field.

  • Knowledge And Understanding Of Process Control Systems And Operations.
