Environmental Health & Safety Manager

1. Develop and implement company-wide environmental health and safety policies and procedures in compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
2. Oversee and manage all aspects of the company's environmental health and safety programs, including risk assessments, inspections, and audits.
3. Conduct regular training and education sessions for employees to promote a culture of safety and ensure compliance with all environmental health and safety regulations.
4. Serve as the primary point of contact for all environmental health and safety related inquiries and concerns from employees, management, and regulatory agencies.
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify potential hazards and risks, and develop and implement appropriate control measures to mitigate them.
6. Monitor and analyze environmental health and safety data to identify trends and areas for improvement, and develop and implement corrective action plans as needed.
7. Ensure all necessary permits and licenses are obtained and maintained in compliance with applicable regulations.
8. Lead investigations into environmental health and safety incidents, and implement corrective actions to prevent similar incidents from occurring in the future.
9. Stay up-to-date with all relevant environmental health and safety laws and regulations, and communicate any changes or updates to the appropriate stakeholders within the company.
10. Prepare and submit reports to regulatory agencies as required, and ensure timely and accurate submission of all necessary documentation.
11. Collaborate with external consultants and contractors to ensure compliance with environmental health and safety standards.
12. Manage the environmental health and safety budget, and provide guidance on resource allocation to ensure effective and efficient operations.
13. Foster a culture of sustainability and promote initiatives to reduce the company's environmental impact.
14. Act as a role model for compliance with all environmental health and safety policies and procedures, and promote a safe and healthy work environment for all employees.
