  1. Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with all environmental regulations at local, state, and federal levels.
  2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with regulatory agencies and stay up-to-date on any changes or updates to environmental laws and regulations.
  3. Monitor and analyze environmental data to identify potential areas of non-compliance and develop corrective action plans.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and maintain environmental management systems and procedures.
  5. Train and educate employees on environmental compliance policies and procedures to ensure company-wide understanding and adherence.
  6. Conduct risk assessments and develop strategies to mitigate potential environmental risks.
  7. Prepare and submit reports to regulatory agencies and internal stakeholders on environmental compliance status and progress.
  8. Lead and participate in sustainability initiatives and projects to reduce the company's environmental footprint.
  9. Identify and implement opportunities for continuous improvement in environmental compliance processes and procedures.
  10. Serve as a subject matter expert on environmental compliance matters and provide guidance and support to other departments and teams.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Environmental Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Experience In Environmental Compliance And Regulatory Affairs.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Federal, State, And Local Environmental Regulations And Laws.

  • Experience With Environmental Audits, Assessments, And Permit Applications.

  • Excellent Communication And Project Management Skills, With The Ability To Work Collaboratively With Cross-Functional Teams.
