- Lead and manage a team of production workers, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure their success and development
- Create and implement operational processes and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity
- Monitor production schedules and adjust staffing levels and production methods as needed to meet demand
- Identify and troubleshoot any issues or delays in production, working with cross-functional teams to find solutions and minimize downtime
