  1. Develop and implement company-wide customs and foreign trade policies and procedures in accordance with relevant laws and regulations.
  2. Monitor and stay updated on changes in international trade laws and regulations, and communicate any updates or changes to relevant teams.
  3. Oversee and manage import and export processes, including the preparation and submission of necessary documentation.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with trade regulations, including legal, finance, and logistics teams.
  5. Conduct regular audits to identify any potential compliance issues and implement corrective actions.
  6. Maintain accurate records and documentation related to global trade activities.
  7. Manage relationships with customs brokers, freight forwarders, and other external partners to ensure smooth and efficient trade operations.
  8. Analyze and report on key trade metrics to identify areas for improvement and cost-saving opportunities.
  9. Train and educate employees on trade compliance policies and procedures.
  10. Act as a point of contact for any customs or foreign trade-related inquiries or issues.
  11. Represent the company in trade-related meetings and negotiations with government agencies and other external stakeholders.
  12. Identify and implement process improvements to drive efficiency and cost savings in import and export activities.
  13. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in global trade compliance.
  14. Ensure that all trade activities are conducted in an ethical and responsible manner.
  15. Collaborate with global teams to develop strategies for expanding the company's international presence while maintaining compliance with trade regulations.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In International Business, Supply Chain Management, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Customs And Foreign Trade Management, Preferably In A Multinational Company.

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of International Trade Regulations And Laws, Including Import/Export Controls, Customs Procedures, And Trade Agreements.

  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Develop And Implement Customs And Foreign Trade Strategies.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate And Negotiate With Internal And External Stakeholders, Such As Government Agencies And Customs Brokers.
