• Draft and negotiate contracts and agreements with customers, suppliers, and other third parties
• Provide legal advice and support to various business units on a wide range of commercial activities
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations in the jurisdictions where the company operates
• Conduct legal research and stay updated on changes in commercial laws and regulations
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify legal risks and develop strategies to mitigate them
• Advise on potential legal and business implications of proposed commercial activities
• Review and approve marketing and advertising materials to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations
• Assist in the development and implementation of company policies and procedures related to commercial activities
• Represent the company in commercial negotiations and dispute resolution processes
• Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including government agencies and legal counsel for other companies.
