  1. Develop and implement color technology for BASF's products in accordance with company standards and market trends.
  2. Conduct research and stay up-to-date with advancements in color science, staying informed on industry standards and best practices.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure color consistency across all product lines.
  4. Create and maintain accurate color standards and documentation for all products.

  10. Continuously seek opportunities for improvement and innovation in color technology and processes.
  11. Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to source and develop new color options and technology.
  12. Ensure all color-related processes are in compliance with regulatory and safety standards.
  13. Represent BASF at industry events and conferences, showcasing our color technology and expertise.
  14. Train and mentor junior team members on color technology and processes.
  15. Uphold BASF's values and standards, promoting a culture of sustainability and innovation.
