Bachelor's Degree In Chemistry Or A Related Field, With A Strong Understanding Of Chemical Principles And Laboratory Techniques.
1-2 Years Of Experience In A Technical Support Role, Preferably In The Chemical Industry.
Excellent Communication Skills, Both Written And Verbal, To Effectively Communicate Technical Information To Customers And Colleagues.
Experience With Troubleshooting And Problem-Solving In A Laboratory Setting, As Well As The Ability To Handle Multiple Tasks And Prioritize Projects.
Familiarity With Relevant Software And Analytical Instruments, As Well As The Ability To Learn And Adapt To New Technologies And Processes.
