Agronomy, Research & Technical Services Intern

In this role, you will be assisting our Research & Technical Services team with agronomy trials, data analysis, and other research projects. Experience with agricultural software and knowledge of crop production and fertility principles is a plus.

Responsibilities:

1. Assist Research & Technical Services team with agronomy trials and data analysis.
2. Participate in research projects and provide meaningful insights.
3. Utilize problem-solving skills to identify and address issues.
4. Monitor and observe experiments to ensure accuracy and quality.
5. Analyze data and interpret findings.
6. Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
7. Maintain detailed records and documentations of experiments.
8. Identify opportunities for improvement and suggest solutions.
9. Assist with training and development of team members.
10. Adhere to company standards, policies, and procedures.
