- Manage and grow a portfolio of vitamins and carotenoids in the human nutrition market.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers in the food, beverage, and dietary supplement industries.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to inform business decisions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, R&D, and supply chain, to ensure customer needs are met.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and potential customers.
- Utilize strong negotiation and communication skills to close deals and resolve any customer issues.
- Meet and exceed sales goals and performance metrics.
- Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences.
- Stay compliant with all company policies, procedures, and regulations.
- Continuously seek ways to improve processes and procedures to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
- Maintain accurate and updated records of sales activities and customer interactions.
- Act as a brand ambassador for BASF and promote the company's mission of improving people's lives through nutrition.
- Train and mentor new team members as needed.
Bachelor's Degree In Nutrition, Food Science, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Sales Or Account Management In The Human Nutrition Industry.
Knowledge And Understanding Of Vitamins And Carotenoids, Their Functions, And Applications In Human Nutrition.
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Clients And Internal Teams.
Proven Track Record Of Achieving Sales Targets And Developing Strategic Account Plans.
