- Facilitate the recruitment and selection process for the 2025 Summer Hire Program, including sourcing candidates, reviewing resumes, and conducting interviews.
- Create a welcoming and inclusive environment for program participants, ensuring they feel supported and valued throughout their experience.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive onboarding program for new hires, including orientation, training, and integration into the company culture.
- Assign meaningful and challenging projects to summer hires that align with their interests, skills, and career goals.
- Provide guidance and support to summer hires as they navigate their roles and responsibilities, and offer opportunities for professional development and growth.
- Collaborate with hiring managers and supervisors to ensure summer hires are meeting performance expectations and receiving regular feedback.
- Coordinate networking and social events for summer hires to foster connections and build relationships with their peers and colleagues.
- Serve as a point of contact for summer hires, addressing any questions or concerns and providing resources and support as needed.
- Monitor and track the progress and success of summer hires, and gather feedback from both participants and managers to inform future program improvements.
- Represent BASF's commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion in all aspects of the Summer Hire Program.
Minimum Education Requirements: Applicants Must Have Completed Their Sophomore Year Of College, Pursuing A Degree In A Related Field Such As Chemistry, Engineering, Or Business.
Relevant Experience: Previous Internships Or Coursework In The Chemical Industry Or Related Fields Will Be Preferred.
Strong Communication Skills: Candidates Should Possess Excellent Written And Verbal Communication Skills, As Well As The Ability To Work Effectively In A Team Environment.
Proven Leadership Abilities: Applicants Should Have A Track Record Of Taking Initiative, Demonstrating Leadership Qualities, And Being Able To Work Independently.
