- Greet and welcome all attendees to the 2025 North American Research Forum.
- Provide information and assistance to attendees throughout the event.
- Organize and coordinate logistics for the three-day event, including venue, accommodations, and catering.
- Collaborate with team members to develop a comprehensive event program and schedule.
- Coordinate with industry leaders, scientists, and researchers to secure keynote speakers and panelists.
- Facilitate networking opportunities for attendees to connect and share knowledge.
- Manage registration and check-in process for all attendees.
- Ensure all event materials and resources are readily available and easily accessible for attendees.
- Assist with any technical support or troubleshooting related to presentations or equipment.
- Contribute to the overall success of the event by providing exceptional customer service and support to attendees.
- Serve as a point of contact for any inquiries or concerns from attendees.
- Work closely with BASF representatives to ensure their vision and goals for the event are met.
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor at all times, representing BASF and the Research Forum in a positive light.
- Take on any additional tasks or responsibilities as needed to ensure the smooth operation of the event.
- Act as a brand ambassador for BASF, promoting the company and its commitment to advancing research in North America.
Advanced Degree In A Relevant Field: The Ideal Candidate For This Position Should Hold A Phd Or Equivalent Degree In A Field Relevant To The Research Focus Of Basf, Such As Chemistry, Engineering, Or Agriculture.
Extensive Research Experience: The Candidate Should Have A Strong Track Record Of Conducting High-Quality Research, Demonstrated Through Publications In Reputable Journals And Presentations At Conferences. At Least 5 Years Of Experience In A Research Role Is Preferred.
Knowledge Of North American Market: As This Forum Will Focus On Research In North America, The Candidate Should Have A Deep Understanding Of The Market, Including Current Trends, Challenges, And Opportunities In The Region.
Leadership Skills: The Candidate Should Possess Excellent Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Manage A Team Of Researchers And Collaborate With Other Stakeholders In The Industry.
Communication And Networking Abilities: This Position Will Require The Candidate To Communicate And Collaborate With A Diverse Group Of Individuals, Including Scientists, Business Leaders, And Policymakers.
