The BBSI Business Partner is the key driver of conversations, facilitating the strategic thinking that inspires our clients to approach their businesses in new ways. Business Partners foster these relationships through regular, in-person meetings and sessions, with up to 50% of their time spent on-site with business owners discussing objectives and creating blueprints to meet them. This face-to-face time is critical to developing a deep understanding of our clients’ businesses and the goals of individual business owners, and what allows us to stay in lockstep with them as new challenges and opportunities emerge.
Proven track record in successfully leading and empowering teams
