Responsibilities: • Greet customers warmly and ensure a great customer service experience • Maintain an organized, efficient, and safe stockroom environment • Assist with receiving, stocking, and organizing merchandise • Wrap, package, and label items as needed • Ensure all merchandise is properly priced and tagged • Assist customers with product inquiries and purchases • Follow all safety and security protocols • Adhere to company policies and procedures • Process returns and exchanges • Assist with inventory control and transfers • Maintain a clean and orderly work area • Support other team members as needed
