Stock Associate

The Stock Associate is responsible for the daily organization and replenishment of merchandise in the store. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent customer service. Responsibilities: • Organize and replenish merchandise in the store on a daily basis. • Lift and move up to 50 lbs. of merchandise. • Adhere to customer service standards while providing excellent service. • Maintain a neat and organized work area. • Follow all safety procedures when handling merchandise. • Use computer systems to track inventory and process orders. • Assist customers with any inquiries or requests. • Participate in product training sessions and other store events. • Keep abreast of fashion trends and be able to recommend items to customers. • Assist with other tasks as assigned by the store manager.
