Responsibilities: • Greet customers and evaluate their needs and preferences • Assist customers in selecting merchandise based on their individual needs and preferences • Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions, offering product knowledge, and providing helpful suggestions • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns in a professional manner • Upsell products to customers in order to meet sales goals • Process payments and maintain accurate records of customer purchases • Maintain the store’s cleanliness and organization • Ensure that merchandise is properly displayed and stocked • Monitor inventory levels and restock shelves as needed • Work with other associates to provide a team effort for sales and customer service • Adhere to all company policies and procedures • Remain up-to-date on the latest fashion trends and product knowledge
