Loss Prevention Officer

1. Monitor store activity to deter and detect theft and losses.
2. Maintain a visible presence in the store to deter theft and ensure safety of customers and employees.
3. Investigate and handle all incidents of theft or losses in accordance with company policies and procedures.
4. Educate employees on loss prevention techniques and procedures.
5. Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
6. Prepare detailed reports of all incidents and investigations.
7. Respond to emergency situations in a timely and professional manner.
8. Develop and implement strategies to reduce losses and shrinkage.
9. Remain up-to-date on security industry trends and best practices.
10. Provide excellent customer service and support.
