Tax Analyst

Assist in preparation of Federal consolidated and State combined and separate returns (including preparation of work papers and supporting documents). Assist in preparation of monthly tax provision, year-end tax footnote and supporting work papers. Assist with the shareholder quarterly reporting package. Prepare Federal, Combined, and Separate quarterly tax estimates and extensions (including work papers, intercompany journal entries, and EFT transmissions). Assist in the preparation of book/tax differences including fixed asset tax depreciation. Assist in the preparation of information document requests, defense of audits/controversy, and response to notices from tax authorities. Provides client service and some tax planning. Provide support in calculating and recording indirect tax accrual. Performs tax accounting for tax accrual accounts and periodic reconciliations.
