Managing team supporting a 24x7 environment to ensure data is updated in EDW to meet the SLA. The role will manage teams across onshore/offshore providing team technical guidance on upgrades, patches, data flow design using Informatica/BIG Data environment. Manage the 24x7 Informatica Master Data Management platform without disruption to customers. IT Operation owner for Datahub (BIG Data ecosystem). Management responsibilities for the team as per the bank standards/policy.Develops and prepares budgets, project plans including scheduling, costs, resources, and other operational concerns. Analyzes business systems specifications. Defines and documents product requirements, project deliverables, and product acceptance criteria. Interfaces with clients in identifying needs. Develops feasibility studies and business proposals for hardware/software solutions. Plans business and related technical training for new technologies and processes. Advises and directs staff on resolving production and testing problems.
