Job Description

Responsible for building and managing Appian and RPA Centre of Excellence and lead Cloud and Appian application engineering teams. Understand the Appian infrastructure and platform and advise the system engineers on platform stability. Implement the appropriate monitoring tools for platform stability. Responsible for building the CI/CD for Appian deployments Set up best coding practices and automated checks to reduce impact on platform. Participate in hands on development tasks which includes understanding functional and technical components of applications and the underlying design of databases. Manage a small team of versatile engineers building applications in a rapid fashion with Appian and other open-stack frameworks on private cloud. Leads other teams in the greater eco-system on technical design and solution architecture.

Job Qualifications

  • 3+ years’ experience leading a team of highly skilled software engineers

  • Demonstrated experience in designing / building open-stack applications

  • Database skills with ability to create queries and analyze data

  • 10+ years’ minimum prior relevant experience
