- Provide exceptional support to high net worth clients by responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and proactively addressing their financial needs.
- Collaborate with a team of experienced Wealth Management professionals to deliver personalized financial solutions to clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and personalized service.
- Conduct detailed research and analysis to identify appropriate investment opportunities for clients.
- Assist with the onboarding process for new clients, including gathering necessary documents and information.
- Prepare and maintain client account summaries, reports, and other relevant documentation.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments to provide informed recommendations to clients.
- Act as a liaison between clients and internal departments to ensure timely and accurate execution of client requests.
- Comply with all regulatory and compliance requirements related to wealth management services.
- Continuously strive to improve client satisfaction by identifying opportunities for process improvements and implementing best practices.
- Participate in client meetings and presentations as needed, providing support and contributing to the overall client experience.
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive client information.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve team goals and support overall business objectives.

Series 7 And 66 Licenses, Or Willingness To Obtain Them Within A Specified Timeframe.
Strong Understanding Of Investment Products, Financial Markets, And Wealth Management Strategies.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With High Net Worth Clients.
Bachelor's Degree In Finance, Business, Economics, Or A Related Field.
Experience In The Financial Services Industry, Preferably In Wealth Management Or Private Banking.
