  1. Provide exceptional customer service to a diverse group of clients.
  2. Assist financial advisors in developing and implementing wealth management strategies for clients.
  3. Conduct research and analysis on financial products and services to support client recommendations.
  4. Manage and maintain client files, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  5. Communicate with clients and internal teams to schedule meetings, follow up on action items, and provide updates on client accounts.
  6. Act as a liaison between clients and financial advisors, addressing any questions or concerns.
  7. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to provide knowledgeable and relevant support to clients.
  8. Assist with onboarding new clients and ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed accurately and in a timely manner.
  9. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless and efficient client experience.
  10. Participate in training and development programs to enhance knowledge and skills in wealth management.
  11. Adhere to all regulatory and compliance standards in the financial industry.
  12. Maintain a high level of professionalism and ethical standards in all interactions with clients and colleagues.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Finance, Economics, Or A Related Field.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With High Net Worth Clients.

  • Strong Understanding Of Investment Products, Financial Planning, And Wealth Management Strategies.

  • Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience In The Financial Industry, Preferably In Wealth Management Or Private Banking.

  • Series 7 And 66 Licenses Required, With The Ability To Obtain Additional Licenses And Certifications As Needed For The Role.
