In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse group of clients and help them achieve their financial goals.   1. Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, providing exceptional customer service and building strong relationships.
  2. Assist financial advisors in managing client portfolios and conducting financial transactions.
  3. Conduct research and analysis to support financial planning and decision-making.
  4. Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and documentation.
  5. Coordinate and schedule client meetings, ensuring all necessary materials and information are prepared in advance.
  6. Proactively identify and address client needs and concerns, escalating to financial advisors when necessary.
  7. Collaborate with team members to develop and implement strategies to meet client goals and objectives.
  8. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and changes in regulations to ensure compliance and effective client service.
  9. Prepare and distribute reports and presentations for clients and team members.
  10. Continuously seek opportunities to improve processes and enhance the overall client experience.
  11. Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.
  12. Participate in training and development opportunities to expand knowledge and skills in the financial industry.
  13. Support marketing and business development efforts to attract new clients and retain existing ones.
  14. Take on additional tasks and responsibilities as needed to support the overall goals of the Wealth Management division.

Job Qualifications
  • Strong Understanding Of Investment Products, Financial Markets, And Wealth Management Strategies.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With High Net Worth Clients.

  • Bachelor's Degree In Finance, Business, Economics, Or A Related Field.

  • Previous Experience In Wealth Management Or Financial Services Industry Preferred.

  • Series 7 And 66 Licenses (Or Ability To Obtain Within A Specified Timeframe) And Other Relevant Certifications, Such As Certified Financial Planner (Cfp) Or Chartered Financial Analyst (Cfa).
