  1. Greet and welcome clients to the Bank of America and assist them with any inquiries or concerns they may have.
  2. Act as a primary point of contact for clients, maintaining a professional and friendly demeanor at all times.
  3. Assist Wealth Management team in providing financial advice and services to clients, including investment management, retirement planning, and estate planning.
  4. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their financial needs and goals.
  5. Conduct client reviews and assist with the preparation of financial plans and reports.
  6. Ensure all client information is accurately and securely recorded in our systems.
  7. Keep up-to-date with industry trends and changes to policies and regulations.
  8. Collaborate with other team members to provide exceptional customer service and achieve team goals.
  9. Proactively identify opportunities to improve client experience and overall efficiency.
  10. Maintain a high level of confidentiality and integrity in handling sensitive client information.
  11. Adhere to all Bank of America policies and procedures.
  12. Constantly strive to improve knowledge and skills in the financial industry through training and education.
  13. Communicate and coordinate with other departments and teams to ensure seamless service delivery to clients.
  14. Represent the Bank of America brand with professionalism and integrity at all times.
  15. Take ownership of any client issues or concerns and work towards finding a satisfactory resolution.

Job Qualifications
  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With High Net Worth Clients.

  • Minimum Of 2 Years Experience In The Financial Services Industry, Preferably In Wealth Management.

  • Bachelor's Degree In Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.
