- Provide exceptional customer service to clients, ensuring their needs and financial goals are met.
- Assist wealth management advisors in all aspects of client relationship management, including account opening, maintenance, and reporting.
- Act as a primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with team members to develop and implement strategies for client acquisition and retention.
- Conduct market research and analysis to provide clients with up-to-date information on financial products and services.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings with clients, advisors, and other team members.
- Maintain accurate and organized client records and documentation.
- Continuously stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and company policies.
- Identify and pursue opportunities for business growth and development.
- Provide administrative support to wealth management advisors, including preparation of reports and presentations.
- Assist in the preparation and execution of marketing and promotional materials.
- Build strong relationships with clients to foster trust and loyalty.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as legal and compliance, to ensure client needs are met.
- Contribute to a positive and professional work environment within the wealth management team.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With High Net Worth Clients.
Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience In Wealth Management Or Financial Services Industry
Bachelor's Degree In Finance, Business, Economics, Or A Related Field
Series 7 And 66 Licenses Or Willingness To Obtain Within A Specified Timeframe
