  1. Provide exceptional customer service to clients, ensuring their needs and financial goals are met.
  2. Assist wealth management advisors in all aspects of client relationship management, including account opening, maintenance, and reporting.
  3. Act as a primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  4. Collaborate with team members to develop and implement strategies for client acquisition and retention.
  5. Conduct market research and analysis to provide clients with up-to-date information on financial products and services.
  6. Schedule and coordinate meetings with clients, advisors, and other team members.
  7. Maintain accurate and organized client records and documentation.
  8. Continuously stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and company policies.
  9. Identify and pursue opportunities for business growth and development.
  10. Provide administrative support to wealth management advisors, including preparation of reports and presentations.
  11. Assist in the preparation and execution of marketing and promotional materials.
  12. Build strong relationships with clients to foster trust and loyalty.
  13. Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures.
  14. Collaborate with other departments, such as legal and compliance, to ensure client needs are met.
  15. Contribute to a positive and professional work environment within the wealth management team.

Job Qualifications
  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With High Net Worth Clients.

  • Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience In Wealth Management Or Financial Services Industry

  • Bachelor's Degree In Finance, Business, Economics, Or A Related Field

  • Series 7 And 66 Licenses Or Willingness To Obtain Within A Specified Timeframe

  • Strong Understanding Of Investment Products And Financial Planning Concepts
