
Wealth Management Client Associate

As a Client Associate, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our Wealth Management Advisors and provide exceptional service to our high net worth clients. This role requires a strong understanding of financial markets, excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering personalized solutions to our clients. - Provide exceptional service to high net worth clients of Bank of America's Wealth Management division.
- Work closely with Wealth Management Advisors to understand and fulfill client needs.
- Develop a strong understanding of financial markets and keep up-to-date with industry trends.
- Communicate effectively with clients, both in person and through written communication, to ensure their needs are met.
- Collaborate with other team members to deliver personalized solutions to clients.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of client interactions and transactions.
- Continuously seek opportunities to enhance the client experience and improve processes.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, fostering trust and loyalty.
- Proactively identify potential issues or concerns and escalate to the appropriate parties.
- Support Wealth Management Advisors in business development efforts.
- Attend trainings and stay updated on industry knowledge and best practices.
- Uphold the bank's values and represent the organization in a professional and positive manner at all times.
Bachelor's Degree In Finance, Economics, Or A Related Field
Series 7 And 63 Licenses, Or Willingness To Obtain Them Within A Specified Timeframe.
Minimum Of 1-2 Years Of Experience In A Financial Services Role, Preferably In Wealth Management
Strong Understanding Of Investment Products And Services, Including Equities, Fixed Income, And Alternative Investments
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With High-Net-Worth Clients
