As a Client Associate, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our team of Wealth Management professionals to provide exceptional service and support to our valued clients.   1. Greet and welcome clients to Bank of America in a friendly and professional manner.
  2. Collaborate with Wealth Management professionals to assist clients with their financial needs and goals.
  3. Conduct research and gather information to assist in creating financial solutions for clients.
  4. Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and files.
  5. Respond to client inquiries and provide timely and thorough follow-up.
  6. Proactively identify and address any client concerns or issues.
  7. Act as a liaison between the client and Wealth Management team, ensuring seamless communication.
  8. Assist with scheduling and coordinating client meetings and appointments.
  9. Prepare and distribute financial reports and documents for clients.
  10. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments to provide the best service and solutions to clients.
  11. Adhere to all bank policies, procedures, and regulations.
  12. Demonstrate a strong work ethic and contribute to a positive team culture.
  13. Continuously strive to improve client satisfaction through exceptional service delivery.
  14. Attend trainings and meetings to enhance knowledge and skills related to wealth management.
  15. Maintain confidentiality and security of client information.
  16. Support the team in achieving departmental goals and targets.
  17. Collaborate with other bank departments to provide a holistic approach to client service.
  18. Comply with all compliance and regulatory requirements.
  19. Handle administrative tasks such as filing, organizing, and data entry.
  20. Assist in various projects and initiatives to improve client experience and efficiency.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Finance, Business, Or Related Field.

  • Strong Understanding Of Investment Products And Financial Markets.

  • Excellent Communication And Customer Service Skills.

  • Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In Financial Services Or Wealth Management.

  • Series 7 And/Or Series 66 License, Or Willingness To Obtain Within A Specified Timeframe.
