  1. Assist wealth management advisors in delivering exceptional financial solutions to clients.
  2. Maintain a high level of client service by greeting clients and responding to their requests and inquiries promptly and professionally.
  3. Conduct basic financial analysis and research to support wealth management advisors in developing client strategies.
  4. Prepare and review client documents and reports, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  5. Proactively communicate with clients to provide updates and assist with any inquiries or concerns.
  6. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a smooth and efficient client experience.
  7. Keep up-to-date with industry trends and changes in financial regulations to provide accurate and relevant information to clients.
  8. Maintain client confidentiality and adhere to all compliance and regulatory guidelines.
  9. Assist with scheduling and coordinating client meetings and events.
  10. Participate in training and development programs to enhance knowledge and skills related to wealth management.
  11. Support marketing efforts by assisting with the creation of materials and presentations.
  12. Utilize technology and systems effectively to streamline processes and improve efficiencies.
  13. Maintain accurate and organized client records and files.
  14. Seek opportunities for continuous improvement and provide feedback to improve processes and procedures.
  15. Represent the company in a professional and positive manner at all times.

Job Qualifications
  • Series 7 And 63 Licenses, Or Willingness To Obtain Them Within A Specified Timeframe.

  • Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience In Wealth Management Or Financial Services Industry.

  • Bachelor's Degree In Finance, Accounting, Business Administration Or A Related Field.

  • Strong Understanding Of Investment Products, Financial Planning, And Wealth Management Strategies.

  • Excellent Communication Skills, Both Written And Verbal, With The Ability To Build Relationships With High Net Worth Clients.
