  1. Greet and welcome clients to Bank of America, representing the company in a professional and friendly manner.
  2. Assist financial advisors in managing client relationships by providing excellent service and support.
  3. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their financial goals and needs.
  4. Educate clients on various wealth management services and products offered by Bank of America.
  5. Conduct research and gather information to help advisors develop customized financial plans for clients.
  6. Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and documentation.
  7. Schedule and coordinate meetings with clients, ensuring efficient use of advisors' time.
  8. Handle client inquiries and concerns with prompt and effective communication.
  9. Collaborate with other team members to provide seamless service to clients.
  10. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to better serve clients.
  11. Assist with administrative tasks, such as preparing reports, processing paperwork, and managing calendars.
  12. Take ownership of assigned tasks and follow through to ensure completion.
  13. Uphold company policies and procedures, maintaining confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
  14. Continuously seek opportunities to improve and enhance the client experience.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Finance, Economics, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In Wealth Management Or Financial Services Industry.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Build And Maintain Client Relationships.

  • Strong Understanding Of Investment Products And Financial Planning Principles.

  • Series 7 And 66 Licenses (Or Willingness To Obtain Them Within A Specified Timeframe).
