  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and design innovative AIOps solutions using Watson AIOps technology
  • Develop and implement strategies for optimizing and automating processes within the banking industry using Watson AIOps
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in Watson AIOps technology and utilize this knowledge to drive continuous improvement
  • Lead the evaluation, selection, and integration of new AIOps tools and technologies
  • Conduct thorough testing and troubleshooting to ensure the functionality and effectiveness of AIOps solutions
  • Provide technical guidance and support to team members and stakeholders to ensure successful implementation and adoption of AIOps solutions
  • Create and maintain documentation for AIOps solutions, processes, and best practices
  • Collaborate with vendors and external partners to identify and implement innovative solutions that align with business objectives
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on Watson AIOps and provide training and support to team members and end-users
  • Proactively identify areas for improvement and make recommendations to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of AIOps solutions.
