  1. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of financial markets, trading strategies, and risk management in order to effectively negotiate MSFTA agreements for clients.
  2. Collaborate with various internal teams such as legal, compliance, and trading desks to ensure all MSFTA negotiations comply with regulations and internal policies.
  3. Utilize strong communication and negotiation skills to advocate for the best interests of both Bank of America and its clients in MSFTA negotiations.
  4. Conduct thorough analysis of market trends, client needs, and risk profiles to inform negotiation strategies and achieve optimal outcomes.
  5. Monitor and assess the risk and profitability of existing MSFTA agreements, making recommendations for modifications or terminations as needed.
  6. Stay up-to-date on industry developments, regulatory changes, and market trends to inform negotiations and ensure compliance.
  7. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor and providing exceptional customer service.
  8. Mentor and train junior team members on MSFTA negotiations and risk management strategies.
  9. Identify and implement process improvements to streamline MSFTA negotiation processes and enhance overall efficiency.
  10. Represent Bank of America at industry conferences and events, promoting the organization's expertise and thought leadership in financial markets and trading.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Knowledge Of Financial Trading: The Ideal Candidate For The Vp, Msfta Negotiator Job At Bank Of America Should Possess A Deep Understanding Of Financial Trading, Including Complex Derivatives, Securities, And Other Financial Products. This Knowledge Is Crucial In Effectively Negotiating And Managing Msfta (Master Securities Forward Transaction Agreement) Contracts.

  • Experience In Investment Banking: The Role Of A Vp, Msfta Negotiator At Bank Of America Requires A Background In Investment Banking Or A Related Field. The Candidate Should Have At Least 5-7 Years Of Experience In Investment Banking, With A Focus On Fixed Income And Derivatives.
