- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of financial markets, trading strategies, and risk management in order to effectively negotiate MSFTA agreements for clients.
- Collaborate with various internal teams such as legal, compliance, and trading desks to ensure all MSFTA negotiations comply with regulations and internal policies.
- Utilize strong communication and negotiation skills to advocate for the best interests of both Bank of America and its clients in MSFTA negotiations.
- Conduct thorough analysis of market trends, client needs, and risk profiles to inform negotiation strategies and achieve optimal outcomes.
- Monitor and assess the risk and profitability of existing MSFTA agreements, making recommendations for modifications or terminations as needed.
- Stay up-to-date on industry developments, regulatory changes, and market trends to inform negotiations and ensure compliance.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor and providing exceptional customer service.
- Mentor and train junior team members on MSFTA negotiations and risk management strategies.
- Identify and implement process improvements to streamline MSFTA negotiation processes and enhance overall efficiency.
- Represent Bank of America at industry conferences and events, promoting the organization's expertise and thought leadership in financial markets and trading.
Extensive Knowledge Of Financial Trading: The Ideal Candidate For The Vp, Msfta Negotiator Job At Bank Of America Should Possess A Deep Understanding Of Financial Trading, Including Complex Derivatives, Securities, And Other Financial Products.
