- Develop and implement consumer research strategies and initiatives to support the overall goals and objectives of Bank of America.
- Lead a team of analysts to conduct in-depth market research and analysis on consumer behavior, preferences, and trends.
- Identify and evaluate new market opportunities, consumer segments, and emerging trends to inform business decisions and strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer experience, to gather insights and drive data-informed decisions.
- Design and conduct surveys, focus groups, and other research methods to gather and analyze consumer data.
- Utilize data and insights to provide recommendations and make strategic business decisions.
- Stay up-to-date on industry developments, market trends, and competitor strategies to inform consumer research strategies.
- Present research findings and recommendations to senior leadership and other stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external research partners and vendors.
- Act as a subject matter expert on consumer behavior and market research, providing guidance and training to other team members as needed.
- Monitor and track the effectiveness of consumer research initiatives and make recommendations for improvements.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and ethical standards in conducting consumer research.
- Continuously evaluate and improve research methodologies and tools to enhance the accuracy and efficiency of data collection and analysis.
- Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the consumer research team.
- Represent Bank of America at industry conferences and events to stay informed of the latest trends and best practices in consumer research.
Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Marketing, Economics, Or Statistics.
Minimum Of 8-10 Years Of Experience In Consumer Research And Analysis, Preferably Within The Banking Or Financial Services Industry.
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Leading And Managing A Team Of Research Analysts.
Strong Knowledge And Experience With Various Research Methodologies, Including Quantitative And Qualitative Analysis.
Excellent Communication And Presentation Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Communicate Research Findings And Insights To Senior Leadership And Stakeholders.
