- Provide exceptional support to the corporate banking division by addressing client inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with various departments within the bank to ensure seamless operations and efficient service delivery to corporate banking clients.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing proactive solutions to meet their banking needs.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments in order to provide accurate and relevant information to clients.
- Identify and resolve any issues or discrepancies in client banking transactions, working closely with the risk management team.
- Prepare and analyze reports on corporate banking activities and present findings to senior management.
- Work closely with the sales team to identify potential business opportunities and support in the acquisition of new clients.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and internal policies and procedures.
- Train and mentor junior members of the corporate banking support team.
- Continuously improve and streamline processes to enhance the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the corporate banking division.
Bachelor's Degree In Finance, Economics, Or Related Field.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Clients And Internal Stakeholders.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Corporate Banking Or Financial Services Industry.
Strong Understanding Of Financial Products, Services, And Processes.
