- Serve as a subject matter expert on trust and estate planning for high net worth clients.
- Manage a portfolio of trust and estate accounts, ensuring timely and accurate execution of client requests.
- Proactively identify and address any potential issues or concerns related to trust and estate accounts.
- Collaborate with internal teams, such as investment advisors and tax professionals, to provide comprehensive financial solutions for clients.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and act as a primary point of contact for all trust and estate-related inquiries.
- Monitor and stay up-to-date on industry trends and regulations related to trust and estate planning.
- Conduct regular reviews and analysis of trust and estate accounts to ensure compliance and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Assist in the development and implementation of new trust and estate products and services.
- Provide guidance and training to junior team members, promoting a culture of continuous learning and development.
- Uphold the bank's commitment to exceptional client service by consistently delivering professional and personalized support to clients.
- Adhere to all legal and regulatory requirements, as well as internal policies and procedures.

Extensive Experience In Trust And Wealth Management: The Ideal Candidate Should Have At Least 5-7 Years Of Experience In Trust And Wealth Management, With A Strong Understanding Of Fiduciary Principles And Regulations.
Strong Knowledge Of Private Banking Products And Services: The Trust Senior Associate Should Have A Deep Understanding Of The Private Banking Industry, Including Various Investment Vehicles, Estate Planning Techniques, And Tax Strategies.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills: As A Senior Associate, The Candidate Will Be Expected To Communicate Effectively With High Net Worth Clients, As Well As Collaborate With A Team Of Colleagues And Advisors.
Proven Track Record Of Building And Maintaining Client Relationships: The Trust Senior Associate Should Have A Track Record Of Successfully Developing And Maintaining Long-Term Relationships With High Net Worth Clients, Generating New Business, And Retaining Existing Clients.
Relevant Education And Certifications: A Bachelor's Degree In Finance, Accounting, Or A Related Field Is Typically Required For This Role.
