- Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in financial markets and incorporate this knowledge into trade surveillance processes.
- Proactively identify and escalate potential risks or issues to management.
- Work independently and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including compliance, legal, and technology, to ensure effective trade surveillance.
- Train and mentor junior team members on trade surveillance processes and procedures.
- Uphold ethical and professional standards in all trade surveillance activities.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Various Stakeholders And Present Findings To Senior Management.
Bachelor's Degree In Finance, Accounting, Economics, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In Trade Surveillance Or Compliance Within A Financial Institution.
Extensive Knowledge Of Industry Regulations And Compliance Requirements, Including Sec And Finra Rules.
Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Identify And Investigate Suspicious Trading Activities.
