Bachelor's Degree In Finance, Accounting, Economics, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience In Trade Surveillance Or A Similar Role In A Financial Institution.
Knowledge Of Relevant Regulatory Requirements And Industry Best Practices In Trade Surveillance.
Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Identify And Investigate Potential Trading Violations.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Various Stakeholders And Present Findings To Senior Management.
